As a result of the recent announcements and the country heading in Level 3 status on 28th April, Black Sheep Trading will be able to extend its service to customers.

You’ll be able to purchase anything from us, have the option of collecting from the store or having it delivered. Our workshop will be open and we are now taking repair bookings.

Although we’ll be instore working you’ll need an appointment or order confirmation to visit us. You’ll still be able to reach us using the website, phone, email, or live chat.

CAN I STILL SHOP ONLINE?

Yes, from April 28th you’ll be able to purchase anything online and have this delivered or the option to collect it from the store.

CAN I GET MY ScOOTER OR BIKE FIXED?

Yes, from April 28th, but you’ll need a booking before bringing your scooter or bike into the shop. You will need to ensure your scooter or bike is clean before bring it to us. We will then disinfect this before working on it.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, from April 28th, contact us to organise collection.

ARE COURIERS STILL WORKING?

Yes, although their delivery times are varying due to the workload they have currently.

HOW DO I DROP MY SCOOTER OR BIKE OFF OR COLLECT MY ORDER?

Head to the rear door which will be locked, our technician will be able to take your scooter or bike in to the store. You cannot enter the shop. You will also need to practice 2m social distancing from other members of the public.

WHAT HOURS Will you be working?

You can reach us normal business hours but the technician will be working reduced hours from usual, he will organise the repair of your product and organise a collection time with you. Collection windows will be issued so not to bump into other customers

CAN I COME IN-STORE TO BROWSE?

No, at level 3 our stores are still shut to the public.
