Battery Repair FAQs
All repairs are carried out by our trusted external contractors, who provide their own warranty on the work completed. This means any ongoing support or warranty claims after the repair should be handled directly with the contractor who performed the service. We’re always happy to help connect you with them if needed.
Battery lifespan and care
Lithium-ion batteries generally last several years if looked after properly. To maximise lifespan, avoid overcharging, store them in a cool, dry place, and don’t leave them fully discharged for long periods. Regular use and proper charging habits make a big difference in long-term performance.
Safety and handling
Always handle lithium-ion batteries with care. Avoid puncturing, crushing, or exposing them to heat or moisture. If a battery appears swollen, damaged, or emits a strange smell, stop using it immediately and contact us or a qualified technician for safe disposal or repair.
Charging guidelines
Use only the approved charger that came with your product, or one rated for your exact voltage and connector type. Avoid cheap or unverified chargers, as these can shorten battery life or cause damage over time.
