Description

The Kaabo Mantis Base electric scooter is designed for the demanding rider who wants it all: Swift inner-city commutes with strong acceleration, excellent trail performance for those fun weekend rides, large batteries to master up to 70 km between charges, and still allows carrying in one hand.  At 30 kg this scooter is one of the lightest in its class. It folds down easily and is still portable, despite its strong performance. The two powerful brushless 60V 1000W motors deliver fun acceleration and climb up to 30% inclines with ease. Ride in single motor mode up to 48 kph while conserving your battery or switch on the second motor for extra acceleration and 65 kph top speed.  The front and rear advanced swing arm spring suspension delivers a smooth ride on any terrain. Now with 3″ Street tyres, you can safely ride over grass or on dirt trails, jump a curb in the city, this 65 kph electric scooter can handle pretty much any reasonable ground condition. Hybrid Tyres available.  Now with FULL HYDRAULIC DISC BRAKES on the base version provide full control during your ride. The advanced display/throttle combination allows configuration of speed limit, cruise control and regenerative braking strength. The PRO version with Minimotors display also features motor torque adjustments and ABS. A super bright LED Headlight, front & rear turn signals (new additions), 2 front and rear LEDs and the bright lateral LED strip will ensure you will be seen at night.

Shipping

Black Sheep Trading Ltd uses Strait NZ, NZ Post and  Go Sweet Spot,  to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your goods. We will ship E scooter, Electric Bikes and All related accessories to you as soon as possible. Generally, 1 -3 days delivery nationwide. South Island deliveries are overnight and North island can take a little longer.

 

Delivery charges

  • Delivery Charges are calculated at checkout, Scooters & bikes are to be collected from your local Strait NZ depot, this way we can keep costs down.
  • Please let us know if you require certain shipping arrangements and we can organise for you.

 

Assembly

Scooters come boxed and assembled, Bikes are sent boxed and part-assembled. Bikes require some minor assembly which includes fitting the front wheel, handle bars, rear rack and basket. Scooters and Bikes come with a small tool kit. Bikes also come with a free pump.

Scooters and Bikes need a full charge before the maiden voyage.

Warranty

We offer Electric products from trusted, world-leading manufacturers, so you can rest assured all products offered by Black Sheep have been tested and certified.  All goods purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear. Warranty periods:

If you feel that any item purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring freight costs (unfortunately these can not be covered by Black Sheep Trading Ltd). If your products need to be returned, you must provide proof of purchase, and we ask that returned products are clean. Returned products will be assessed by our Warranty Department, and replacement products will be dispatched once approved. We will contact you in cases that are not deemed to be valid for warranty. Black Sheep Trading Ltd is dedicated to your satisfaction and providing the best possible shopping experience, so we will endeavor to resolve any problem you have as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We can assist with checks to ensure that the scooter is at its best before being ridden. Black Sheep Trading will not be held responsible for any injury or accidents caused on these products. If you feel there is something not quite right with your scooter, Do not ride it until it has been carefully checked over. Please make yourself familiar with the laws and regulations around the products we are selling.
