Warranty

We offer Electric Bikes from trusted, world-leading manufacturers, so you can rest assured all eBikes offered by Black Sheep have been tested and certified to EN15194 standards. Test certificates are available to view as requested. All goods purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd are covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects. They do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, or general wear and tear. Warranty periods:

Motors 1 year
Battery 6 months
If you feel that any item purchased from Black Sheep Trading Ltd has developed a fault, please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring freight costs (unfortunately these can not be covered by Black Sheep Trading Ltd). If your products need to be returned, you must provide proof of purchase, and we ask that returned products are clean. Returned products will be assessed by our Warranty Department, and replacement products will be dispatched once approved. We will contact you in cases that are not deemed to be valid for warranty. Black Sheep Trading Ltd is dedicated to your satisfaction and providing the best possible shopping experience, so we will endeavour to resolve any problem you have as quickly and efficiently as possible.
